When weak NFL teams blame officials

John Harbaugh is just like that kid who blames the video game when all of his friends take turns beating him with ease. Currently at 1-6, they must feel the leauge has an on and off switch for helping them lose. With a 2 star yelp review (per Steve Smith Sr. postgame interview), the Ravens continue to be ripped off by standard officiating. With a bottom tier defense in the NFL, should we blame the refs?
